Background information:

This website is best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer, with a screen resolution of 800 x 600. Netscape Navigator users can still view this website, but minor page layout errors may occur.

These pages were designed and created in-house with Macromedia Dreamweaver, which is installed on our school network - it used by all Year 8 & 9 students. Some elements of the site have been created with Macromedia Flash. For more information on Macromedia products, visit their website. Dreamweaver is also available via Amazon.co.uk

This website's graphics were created and/or processed using JASC Paint Shop Pro, which is also installed on our school network. Incorporated in this package is Animation Shop, which was used to create .gif animations. For more information about JASC products, and to download demo software, visit their website. Javascript has been used to disable image copying, and to prevent spamming of our e-mail links. Most of our news/events pages will not appear in search engine listings, but all pages can be accessed via our home page. In the interests of confidentiality we do not refer to pupils by their full names or identify them in photographs on this website.

We are currently listed in Google, Yahoo, MSN Search and a number of online educational directories. It is not our policy to pay for either search engine listings or website promotion.

The site is currently hosted with the 1&1 Business package.

We are registered affiliate sellers for Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com, Extremepie.com, 1and1.com and Artrepublic.com via our online shopping pages. The school receives a small commission for sales made via our shopping pages. All order processing is handled solely by our affiliates using secure servers. The school receives no confidential information about either you or your purchases.
